These terms apply to purchases made on https://thekidsframe.com from The Kids Frame (publisher identified in the legal notice, contact@thekidsframe.com, "we", "us"). By placing an order, you accept the terms in force on the date of your order.
The Kids Frame creates personalized wall art for childhood, nursery and kids' room decor, birth announcements and gifts. Each design is available as an unframed print or as ready-to-hang framed art, in the sizes shown on its product page.
The essential characteristics (size, paper, finish, frame color, personalization fields) are listed on each product page. Product images are illustrative: slight differences in color or rendering caused by screens, printing or materials can occur and do not by themselves make an item defective. On framed art, the frame edge covers a few millimeters of the print.
You enter the personalization details offered (such as a first name and date of birth) and review them before paying: your print is produced exactly as entered. A typo or entry mistake on your side is not a defect.
You agree not to submit unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse or cancel an order whose personalization breaks this rule, with a full refund.
To request a change, email contact@thekidsframe.com as soon as possible. Once printing has started, changes may no longer be possible.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping charges, calculated from our shipping policy, any applicable taxes and the order total are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is due when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at Shopify's secure checkout. We do not receive or store full card details.
Before paying, you can review your order summary (items, personalization, price, shipping, total) and correct any mistakes. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed, and we send you an order confirmation email.
We may cancel and fully refund an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, inability to produce the item or unlawful personalization content.
Every design is printed to order by selected professional print partners, with local production prioritized whenever possible. Delivery is estimated at approximately 7 days from order confirmation; the estimate is shown at checkout. Rates and multi-item rules are listed in our shipping policy.
We have a reasonable basis for the shipping time we state. If we cannot ship within that time, or within 30 days when no time is stated, we will notify you and offer you the choice to agree to the delay or to cancel your order for a prompt refund of the unshipped items.
Every The Kids Frame design is personalized and made for you. Personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for a change of mind.
This never applies to an item that arrives damaged, is defective, does not match your order, contains a personalization error made by us, or is not delivered: see section 8 and our refund policy.
Email contact@thekidsframe.com with your order number and, where possible, photos of the item and packaging. Depending on the case, we reprint and reship your design free of charge or refund you. Please do not return an item without our written instructions; any return we request is at our expense. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right you have under applicable law.
The Kids Frame designs, illustrations and templates remain our property. Buying a print does not grant any right to reproduce it or use it commercially.
Information needed to produce, pay for and deliver your order is handled under our privacy policy and shared only with the service providers needed to fulfill it.
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of any mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of the place where you live.
