Every design is printed to order after payment is confirmed, by selected professional print partners, with local production prioritized whenever possible.
Delivery is estimated at approximately 7 days from order confirmation, production included. This is an estimate, shown at checkout; it can vary with the size, the production location and the carrier. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you and offer you the choice to wait or cancel for a prompt refund.
The US store ships to the United States. Orders to France are placed on our French store.

An order can arrive in several packages, especially when it combines unframed and framed prints. We email you a shipping confirmation, with a tracking link whenever the carrier provides one.
If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, email contact@thekidsframe.com with your order number and, where possible, photos. See our refund policy for what happens next.
