Refund policy

Personalized designs

Every The Kids Frame design is personalized and printed for you, so it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for a change of mind. Please check the name, date, size, finish and frame color before you pay.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

This never applies to an item that arrives damaged, has a print or manufacturing defect, does not match your order, contains a personalization error made by us, or is not delivered. In those cases:

Email contact@thekidsframe.com with your order number.
Attach photos of the item and packaging where possible.
Depending on the case, we reprint and reship your design free of charge or refund you.

Please do not return an item without our written instructions; any return we request is at our expense. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. This policy does not limit any right you have under applicable law.
